The room had great amenities like air conditioning, carpeted floors, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. I appreciated the wardrobe for storage and the safety deposit box for my valuables. Spa facilities are also a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. Everything was pretty comfortable.

The location is excellent, as it's just a short walk from the sacred Masjid e Nabawi, making it very convenient for visitors.

The cleanliness of the room was concerning. I found hair in the bed and stained sheets upon arrival, which led to a request for a change.

The dining scene here is a culinary rollercoaster! Hardee's and Starbucks are just a stone’s throw away, serving up epic comfort food and coffee vibes. Plus, the room had a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box that made me feel right at home.

The location provides easy access to key areas, perfect for those looking to explore nearby attractions. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable during the stay.

Check-in was a hassle. We arrived early but waited until 5 p.m. for our room to be ready. The condition of the room was disappointing-dirty floors and an unclean toilet made it hard to relax. One guest reported not getting to stay due to a prolonged check-in process, leading to an unsatisfactory experience overall.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk from main attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcomed during our stay. I also enjoyed the privacy of the room, which had a spacious layout and ample amenities for comfort. the availability of free Wi-Fi made my stay more enjoyable and connected.

The cleanliness of the shower facilities could use improvement.

The location is fantastic, being just a 5-minute walk from Masjid e Nabawi. The staff were accommodating, especially Nuha at the reception who ensured a smooth check-in process, and Renad who helped with room arrangements. Free WiFi and air conditioning made the stay more comfortable.
